A ceremony was held to present the Family Score Awards Ticino, an award that recognizes Swiss companies most committed to work-life balance. This award, given by Pro Familia Switzerland and its Antenna in Italian-speaking Switzerland, celebrates organizations that put the well-being of their employees at the center by fostering a “family-friendly” corporate culture. AIL took 2nd place in the large enterprise category.
